March 8 is International Women's Day. According to the World Economic Forum, it will take?until 2158,?roughly five generations from now, to reach full gender parity. And with recent backlash against women's rights, there is no better theme for this year than Accelerate Action. Help take decisive steps toward achieving gender equality, addressing the slow pace of progress, and empowering women and girls worldwide. Visit https://lnkd.in/dGX7T8X to get involved now.

关于我们
If we want to make progress on the things that matter, women must have the platform to lead,on their own terms, in their own voice. WE Public Health partners with people and organizations to boldly create a more just, equitable world without ever forgetting your (and our) humanity. WE are proud of the collaborative approaches, strong connections, and diversity of professional and lived experience that each consultant brings to our work. WE all have something to contribute. WE all have something to learn. This is our Collective Wisdom.

Onward, upward, and occasionally sideways. Thanks to Chelsea Y. Cole, MPH for sharing honestly about entrepreneurship. That helps makes it safe for us to do the same. That's what WE are all about.
Executive Virtual Assistant & Operations Management Agency for Public Health & Social Impact Entrepreneurs | Business Operations Expert | HIPAA-Compliant Solutions | AI Efficient Productivity | Goldman Sachs OMBW Alumni
To anyone out there who’s feeling like they’re not cut out for entrepreneurship because of the tough moments, I want you to know: it’s not you; it’s part of the process. Entrepreneurship can be tough, but what often goes unspoken is the emotional side of building a team, seeing people come and go, and navigating the hurt that comes with it. The process of building a team means letting go sometimes, even when it’s hard. People leave, they take what they’ve learned and move on—sometimes for the better, sometimes not. And when it’s not, it can sting. But here’s the thing: don’t let it derail you. Keep moving forward. Continue to provide quality service to your clients and stay true to your purpose. The hurt will heal. The hardest part is the loneliness that comes with hardship, which is why I believe in the power of community. ?? Drop a struggle you’ve faced in business—whether with your team or as an entrepreneur—and let’s continue to encourage each other through this journey. ?? #EntrepreneurshipJourney #TeamBuilding #KeepGoing

Dear WE Friends, In 2024, we faced a dilemma—we had more interest in WE Public Health than we could keep up with. We wanted to honor our pursuit of shared work while also being inclusive and responsive to folks who wanted to engage with us. So, we decided to create an online space – a space where ???????????????????? ?????? ???????????????????? ???????????????? ?????????? ???????? ?????????????? ??????????????????????. Little did we know how quickly our desire ???? ???? ???? ?????????????????? ???????? ?????????? ?????????????????????????? would transform from an ideal into a ???????????????? ????????????????. With the world as it is today, WE are opening the online space a little earlier than expected. Seeing our sisters, friends, and colleagues lose jobs, contracts, and faith, we wanted to make this resource available as quickly as possible. If you are an entrepreneur, aspiring entrepreneur, or accidental entrepreneur, please join the WE Public Health Collaborator Community. While we focus on women, we offer this supportive space for all who identify with womanhood, including transgender women and nonbinary individuals.?Not sure if you belong? You do. ???????? ??????’???? ????????: ???????????????? ????????: Many of us need help right now but don’t know where or how to get it. Many of us want to offer help but don’t know where or how to give it. Please connect on the support swap so we can help each other. ??Opportunities to share how we are s?????????????????????? ???? ?????????????? ?????? ?????????? ???????????????????? ???? ??????????????????????????. ???????????? information and resources. ??A place to ???????? ???? ???? ?????????????????? and ?????????????? as we navigate this frightening landscape together. ???????? ??????? ????????? ?????? ?????????????????? through our website: We have a pay-what-you-want model, including a ???????? ???????????? because financial circumstances change. Human connection is constant. https://lnkd.in/dDVUa75G. ??????????? ???????? ?????????? – got a thought or idea about how we can support each other? Let us know in the comments below. I hope this will be a helpful space for all of us. I'm looking forward to staying connected and figuring things out together! In the meantime, please stay safe and take care of yourself. If your commitment to celebrating Black history, Black people, and Black lives disappears when it’s inconvenient, it was never real to begin with. And yet, here we are... I’ll be real—I haven’t had the energy to say much lately. Not because I don’t have words, but because it’s exhausting to continue explaining what’s been crystal clear for 400+ years. I’ve had countless DMs, texts, emails asking me to ‘weigh-in’ on all thats happening right now. And the majority of those asking, have no appreciation for the toll it costs to constantly ‘weigh-in’ on topics that may be intellectual banter for them, but matters of life and death for me. Let me be clear: It is not the job of Black people and especially not Black women to be both educators and survivors in the midst of an era bent on destroying us. Black people will not carry the burden of narrating this remake of the sequel to the anthology of America’s generational soul-tie to #racism and injustice. In other words: what else is new. We all see what’s happening—and we can ALL do something about it. Silence is complicity; neutrality is a choice. The best way you and your workplace can honor Black History Month this year is to make sure that Black people at all levels in your organization are valued and protected. We’re protecting our energy. Y’all figure out the rest. Happy Black History Month ????? #healthcare #publichealth #healthcareonlinkedin #BlackHistoryMonth
