Help us bring solar powered electricity to Bompaso, Ghana! In Bompaso, 600 residents live without access to electricity. Families rely on kerosene and wood for energy, and walk miles to the nearest place to charge a phone. Twende Solar, in partnership with PACE Ghana, is installing a 10 kW system with battery storage for the Bompaso Community Center (see photo below), transforming it into a hub for education, healthcare, and economic opportunity. With solar energy, the center will provide: ?? Lighting for safety, gatherings, and student study areas ?? Library services to expand educational access ? Phone charging stations for community use ?? Health screenings & vaccine refrigeration ?? A marketplace to support local entrepreneurs To make this project a reality, we need to raise $20,000 by September 1.
