Throwback to a proud #Milwaukee milestone!??? ? 333 North Water Street, a stunning 31-story, 374,000 SF residential tower, is now a standout along the Riverwalk in Milwaukee’s vibrant Historic Third Ward. Completed earlier this year for?Hines, the?SCB-designed project is the tallest new development in the ward and a striking addition to the city’s skyline. When the first phase turned over in June, our in-house Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) team captured this breathtaking drone footage of the elevated amenity floor, complete with????resort-style pool,???expansive rooftop lawn, hammock garden,????sports lounge, and an???indoor/outdoor fitness center. Our Tennessee team recently wrapped up construction at Bank OZK, Madison! The single-story, 3,494 SF branch required a renovation to update the facility and tailor it to fit Bank OZK’s needs and branding. Our team worked closely with Bank OZK to deliver the project on time and within budget. ??? ‘Tis the season of giving! At W.E. O’Neil, we believe in making every day an opportunity to give back. This November, our #Colorado team is proud to support Food For Thought Denver and Food Bank of the Rockies in their mission to fight hunger. ?? Yesterday, our marketing team, led by Jennifer Edwards, CPSM, represented our Colorado office at The Food Bank of the Rockies, where they prepared and packaged 2,400 meals for local school districts across the Denver Metro Area (from Brighton to Centennial). These meals are dedicated to helping children ages 8 to 12, helping to close a critical gap in food access and ensuring our young students receive the nourishment they need. Last week, our Colorado #EmployeeOwners, led by Michael Hockett, joined the “Packing Crew” at the annual #FoodForThought event, where they helped to pack bags of donated food to support grade school kids, bridging the hunger gap beyond school hours.
