Recently, we faced a challenging situation when someone experiencing a mental health crisis came onto our premises and became violent. Our team was placed in a situation they should never have been in, but they handled it professionally and with care. Today, we took an important step in further equipping our team to handle difficult situations by hosting a Lunch and Learn with Sergeant Paul Buchmann from the Spokane Police Department . With over 22 years of service and 17 years on SWAT, Sergeant Buchmann shared helpful tools on de-escalation, recognizing potential dangers, and quick-thinking strategies for conflict resolution. ???? A huge thank you to Sergeant Buchmann and the Spokane Police Officers for not only protecting our community but going the extra mile to educate and empower us! ??

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, dedicated to the importance of early detection. Each Wednesday, we honor survivors, remember those we've lost, and support those currently battling cancer by wearing pink shirts.
