Tonight, our club is hosting a Satellite Club informational meeting at Ground Control on Wenatchee Ave from 5:30-7:30. Come and learn about the work Rotary does both locally and internationally. We are a really fun group and would love to meet you!

Michael Lucid presented at our lunch meeting today. He manages the Wenatchee branch of the US Fish and Wildlife Service. He discussed the endangered species that are under their protection in our region and how the process of listing and developing recovery plans works.

We had a very busy meeting on Wednesday but we managed to squeeze everything in, including inducting five new members, awarding two Paul Harris Fellows, a presentation by former judge and now author "Chip" Small, and more!

Denise Sorom gave her classification speech today, sharing her personal and professional background and her passion for community fundraising through the Community Foundation of NCW. Welcome to our chapter, Denise!

Rosa Pulido, executive director of the Wenatchee Downtown Association was our guest speaker today. She updated us on the important programs spearheaded by the organization to revitalize our downtown businesses and activities.

Today is Rotary World Polio Day!
