Draw on the revolver to maintain a Minimum Cash Balance, but only if Debt/EBITDA<1x. ?? Repay the RBL with 60% of Excess Cash; distribute the rest to equity holders, while leaving behind $100k. ?? Sweep all Excess Cash to term loan until maturity; then sweep 40% to RBL and 60% to equity holders. ??
