Wellness Lab

The Wellness Lab is a Chicago based fitness company that provides Adaptive Resistance Exercise (ARX) workouts. We are one of the few locations in the midwest using this technology. In addition, we are the only facility in the greater Chicagoland area with both machines, the Omni & the Alpha, allowing for a wider variety of exercises. We’ve been in business since 2017 starting in Mount Prospect, IL, and moved to Chicago’s Bucktown neighborhood the fall of 2018. We utilize the power of ARX to provide the most efficient, safe, and effective workouts compared to traditional exercise methods. Along with fitness, we assess every clients overall health status and provide solutions to help them achieve their wellness goals quicker. In a modern world that is data driven and fast paced, we feel that exercising should be as well. Ultimately, we love to see our clients achieve their goals and to improve their lives!
