We are lucky to be celebrating 5 employee anniversaries this month!
?17 years - Vicki Karr is one of our senior property managers. She leases and manages seven properties from Woodbury to Minneapolis. Vicki’s good humor and willingness to go the extra mile for her clients has earned her the appreciation of coworkers, vendors, and tenants alike. Although we are saddened by her upcoming retirement, we are thankful for the years we’ve had with her at WMI and wish her all the best on her new adventures!
?11 years - Our resident tech wizard is Eric Olsen. He began his career at WMI as a property manager and has recently been promoted to Director of Technology and Procurement. Eric’s job often requires him to be onsite with vendors, working on things from phone lines to security cameras; if you see him, give him a wave!
?8 years - Like many others, Ashley Urlick originally started in a different role at WMI before becoming a leasing agent and property manager. Because of her experience working in the customer service department, Ashley has a knack for thinking ahead and responding quickly to her tenants’ needs. Her knowledge and decisiveness are appreciated by all!
?4 years - Kirsten Pinger is our Corporate Systems Manager, working hard to bring in new systems to increase efficiency, managing the customer service team, and providing accounting support. Her attention to detail and work ethic are unparalleled, and we are lucky to have her on the team!
?2 years: The Townline is lucky to have Joanne Fure working in the leasing office. Joanne works hard to foster a sense of community in the building; from planning an end-of-summer pool party to a Halloween extravaganza, Joanne is on it! We want our residents to feel welcome in all of our apartment buildings, from walkthroughs all the way to leasing, and Joanne really makes the Townline feel like home.
