We extend our thanks to all the staff and teams involved in achieving a seamless store transition. The refreshed stores are designed with travellers in mind – offering a world-class travel retail shopping experience, with an expanded range of products and brands. ? It's been a big few days for us! Along with our new brand, we've unveiled plans for $500 million in new infrastructure spending over the next five years, including terminal improvements, new community facilities and new safety technology which also extends the usable length of the runway. Exciting times ahead!

We’re hugely proud to unveil a new look and brand you’ll start to see around the airport from today. It reflects our connection to the whenua (land), telling the local pūrākau (story) of how the airport is Rangitatau, a transformational gateway: our portal to the universe. We warmly acknowledge the support of Kura Moeahu who shared the pūrākau and Manukorihi Winiata who shaped the story into a tohu, along with our creative partner Everyone for helping our new brand take flight.

It highlights the benefits of different industries that wouldn’t exist in the same shape or form without the connectivity air travel brings to our region, like tourism, trade and export education.
