Yesterday, Wellby leaders gathered for the inaugural Wellby Leadership Conference, centered around making 2025 the year of amplified impact. More than just a gathering, this conference provided a powerful opportunity for leaders to grow, align, and reaffirm our commitment to strengthening our members' financial well-being. Leaders also had the privilege of hearing from CULTURE PARTNERS, John Henry Scott, who shared valuable tools and models that help leaders leverage accountability to drive results. Beyond leadership development and in honor of Women’s History Month, we put our values into practice through the Wellby Acts of Prosperity Donation Drive. Leaders united to donate essential items to three local nonprofits: Resource & Crisis Center of Galveston County, Bridge Over Troubled Waters, and Bay Area Turning Point.
