One of the best habits I’ve embraced is starting my day with a big glass of water before?I reach for?a?coffee or anything caffeinated. Hydration is often overlooked, but it has an incredible impact on how I feel throughout the day! Drinking water first thing in the morning helps boost my energy, improves my focus, and supports digestion. I’ve also noticed the difference it makes for my skin, keeping it healthy and clear. For me, hydration sets the tone for the rest of the day, helping me make healthier choices in both my fitness routine and diet. It’s such a simple habit, but it makes a world of difference in how I approach my day, both physically and mentally.
