Our team took the day off yesterday for our annual Well Design Studio Retreat ?? ??? Our day of R&R included kayaking and paddle boarding, team trivia and some good old fashioned team-building. As we wrap up a busy and productive summer of work, it was awesome to connect together and we're looking forward for big things on the horizon! Grateful to have a great team that continuously works hard and excited for what's up next.

It’s the Summer of Soccer with Copa America and the Euros! ?? Well has been supporting community soccer for the past few years as a Team Owner of Kentwood FC in the Soccer Rebellion to sponsoring Deportivo Westside and Alger Heights FC in the GR Champs League. If you're at one of the games, keep an eye out for a couple of our partners and team captain, Ari, hitting the field this summer!

If there’s one thing Friends of Grand Rapids Parks knows best, it’s green spaces ?? As one of our longest partnership organizations, we have loved working with them at every stage and brand. This last year we worked together to refresh and elevate their #brand to better tell their story. The goal was to make it bold, enjoyable, and instantly associated with Friends when thinking about exploration, restoration and planting. You might have seen the new brand applied on their website, swag, and new events all around the city. Their work continues to help inspire and let the Grand Rapids community know that getting outside is for everyone!

We're grateful to have attended the 35th anniversary The Economic Club of Grand Rapids dinner this week, alongside remarkable individuals from various organizations, including our clients Deborah E. Brown DMD MHA FACHE and Ashley Abbott Bodien from My Community Dental Center, and Tammy Pitts from Michigan Nonprofit Association. Hearing from Oprah Winfrey left us inspired and motivated to continue prioritizing positive impact in our workplaces and communities. It was truly an honor to be in the presence of such an incredible person who serves as a beacon of doing so much good in the world.

We love a good conference! We had an amazing time collaborating with My Community Dental Centers to up their conference and trade show recruitment game. We don’t always get to be there but seeing it firsthand was so fun to see how much of a hole in one it was (get it?). ? Our team worked on their recruitment and outreach strategy as well as custom stickers, printed handouts and the mini-golf experience to encourage conversations.
