With that, we need your help to identify great organizations to partner with. To help us reach more people in need, we’re working on expanding our network of Certified Referral Partners—local nonprofits, school social workers, and faith organizations. To qualify as a Certified Referral Partner an organization must: ? Be a 501(c)3, School, Social Worker, Faith Organization. ? Identify families or individuals in need and be able to share the story of why the recipient has the need. ? Be able to submit the need via the Lift Up Local platform. ?
