Women for Economic and Leadership Development (WELD) is delighted to welcome, Kelly Reo, Executive Director of The Ohio State University Center for Operational Excellence. When women occupy top leadership roles, it’s good for everyone. Research indicates that companies with gender diversity in leadership report better financial performance, improved cultures, and increased innovation. And yet, women still face relentless barriers to promotion and career success.
