With over 19 Years of distinguished experience in Civil Engineering, Ms. Horie is uniquely qualified to lead our department into a new era of excellence and innovation, including Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) services. In her new role, Ms. Horie will oversee all facets of WES’s Civil Engineering Department’s operations, ensuring the successful delivery of professional services throughout all project phases. [In The Community] Last night, Weisser Engineering & Surveying (WES) had the pleasure of attending the Texas Society of Professional Surveyors (TSPS) Gulf Chapter 9's RL Sargent Silent Auction & Prize Drawing. The evening was filled with comradery as we came together to celebrate and support one another. A special highlight was the swearing-in of new Chapter Officers and Representatives, including the nomination of our very own John Harvill, RPLS, as Vice President. WES was proud to donate several items for the silent auction, with all proceeds dedicated to scholarships for students pursuing careers in Land Surveying.
