This $2M electrical project with Constructiv (GC), set to finish in May 2025, includes the expansion of a data center in downtown Denver with electrical, mechanical, security and associated finishes.? ? Currently, our team is working on installing a 4-inch EMT running vertically from the basement through a 60-foot shaft, and up to the roof.? ? CHAMPIONS OF CHANGE: It was inspiring to meet with mikeroweWORKS at Weifield's Prefab shop on Thursday -- who was in town doing a special feature on TACT - Teaching the Autism Community Trades and the great work they are doing to help neurodiverse individuals build skills in the trades! Mike Rowe is an Emmy award-winning TV host, producer, narrator, podcaster, spokesman, bestselling author, recording artist, and America’s leading advocate for the skilled trades. He talked with the founder of TACT, Danny Combs, M.A., BCCS, CAS, and then stopped by Weifield Group to interview a few of the students that we have hired from TACT over the years, including Duke (shown in the top center photo). Our team had a great time meeting Mike and sharing details of the excellent program that Danny has built -- and showcasing the outstanding individuals we have hired on as Weifield team members! #workforcedevelopment #skilledtrades #neurodiversity #amazingteam

On Wednesday, November 20th, Weifield Texas hosted a booth at the ABC Careers in Construction event at Reunion Ranch in Georgetown, TX. 650+ students from local area school CTE programs were in attendance to receive a comprehensive overview or the diverse and endless career paths in commercial construction with hands-on demonstrations. ? This all-day event was jam-packed with eager students excited to learn more about Weifield and opportunities in the electrical trade. ? In attendance for Weifield: Executive Assistant M’Lissa O., HR Generalist Celina C., Project Manager Zach J., Operations Manager Garrett W. and General Superintendent Daniel E. ? This was a very rewarding day! Again this year, Weifield’s Colorado Springs office participated in Elder Construction, Inc.'s turkey drive on November 21st, supporting the Care and Share Food Bank of Southern Colorado! Between Elder Construction’s Colorado Springs and Northern Colorado turkey drives, a total of 722 turkeys were collected — with Weifield also donating turkeys to support the cause. Our team was proud to be a part of this event; great work to our partners at Elder! #givingback #community
