We are thrilled to share our experience at #MSBuild (finally!!) It was rewarding to see how Weeg truly inspired professionals and participants at #MSBuild, connecting us with individuals and opportunities we never imagined possible. Here are some of our key takeaways for start-ups from #MSBuild! ?? Be agile: Leverage the fact that start-up has less to lose. Be flexible and fail fast. Failure is the best way to learn and adopt. ?? TalkListenTalk: You never know who resonates with your mission! Do not underplay your values because those that resonate will come. And when they come, actively listen to REALLY understand their interests! ?? Put yourself in stakeholders’ shoes: Are you approaching the client with the right value proposition? What is it that you offer to different stakeholders? See your venture from each stakeholder’s shoes and make sure you are approaching them with a contextualized value prop.
