?? Team WeDo ?? Our people are the centre of what makes WeDo special. This was so fun to make together! Thank you to everyone in the team who got involved to say something they love about a colleague. We know being in front of the camera isn’t everyone’s favourite ??, but we think it turned out great!?

As we prepared for this new year, our team got together to reflect on where we’ve come from and where we’re going. Since 2019, our purpose has remained consistent. WeDo was founded to create a different approach to finance - built on trust, transparency, and fairness. What we do will always be about relationships. But we felt it was time to reflect our values (we had about 20 on the office wall when we started!). We want them to be specific, meaningful, and to run through everything we do. Without the combination of these 5 core values, we cannot deliver on our mission to be the lender of choice by delivering unparalleled service excellence.

This morning, some of the team visited The Blue Coat School in Oldham for their annual Futures Exhibition. It was great to meet the students and help them explore their future options!

Welcome to the team, Christina Regan! Christina has joined the WeDo Group’s internal HR team as our Interim HR Manager. Jana Rackley, Chartered MCIPD, our Group HR Director, says: “Christina brings a wealth of experience and expertise, and I’m confident she will be a great asset to the team”.
