Over 80% reported seeing an increase in burnout among their colleagues. Understanding the stressors affecting today’s workforce is key to creating a flexible, supportive culture where employees can thrive.

Here are a few takeaways from the discussions we heard yesterday: ?? Hope isn’t just a feeling—it’s something we can teach, model, and share. ?? “Kids don’t have an internet problem; they have a stopping problem.” It’s important to teach them how to use technology mindfully and in moderation—while also helping them find meaningful ways to spend their time offline. And as adults, we need to model that balance ourselves. ?? Mental health isn’t about a cure; it’s about continual progress. ?? The power of at least one caring adult can be life-changing for a child. ?? The state of the child is up to you. Kids are watching, learning, and waiting to see what happens next. How we choose to support, guide, and advocate for them will shape their future.
