Who's ready to amplify community design with us? Daylight is co-hosting Design Trust Chicago's (DTC) next MAPPED-a-thon and we'd love for you to join. If you're interested in the built environment, design, or community-led projects, you won't want to miss this. No experience needed to join and contribute. MAPPED (Making A People's Pathway for Engaging Design: https://mappedchicago.org/) is Chicago’s public platform for documenting community projects across the city—built, envisioned, or planned. Through public workshops, called MAPPED-a-thons, DTC invites urban explorers from across the city to gather and learn how to contribute to MAPPED and collectively build a design library of community visions. Join us at Daylight's new office on the rooftop of Industrious Central Loop on July 23rd from 6-7:30PM CT and enjoy the city’s illuminated skyline as we explore new methods of community storytelling through MAPPED! The evening will include a mix and mingle with attendees, a short presentation by the DTC team, and a community project mapping activity in breakout groups. Food and drinks will be provided. Bring a laptop and get ready to map! Register here:?https://bit.ly/4cpu9Sz
