The AI tool I’m most excited for is an all-knowing company oracle. A tool that’s connected into all of our knowledge bases and can turn ten clicks taking ten minutes into one prompt in one box.
We’re calling this the “one box” goal.
Imagine one prompt box where you can ask the takeaways from the last meeting with Client A, the last 4 NPS scores for Client B, and if Employee C is taking PTO today? All in one place.
We began this journey last week, experimenting with Guru to connect Gong calls, Teamwork projects, Slack messages, and Google Drive docs. The early results are very promising. And I’m excited to scale this up even more in the coming months.
Since these tools are only as good as the data we have, it’s already forcing us to think about the data we keep, establishing single-sources-of-truth, and ensuring our tech stack is positioned to leverage AI and serve team members well for their respective functions.
This is the sneaky powerful stuff that I think is being overlooked right now. But it will result in major time savings for our team and allow them to focus on more important, deeper work.?
