The agency world has experienced high highs and low lows over the last several years. But thanks to the dedication, focus, and intentionality of the WebStrategies team, we grew meaningfully each year, ultimately landing us on the Inc. list. 2024 will keep this streak going. And we’re now the largest and most capable shop we’ve ever been. For me, growing revenue for the sake of growth isn’t enough - it can actually create even more headaches and challenges. HUBSPOT or salesforce? I get asked this question pretty much daily at this point. Here’s my honest answer: 1) No singular piece of technology can do it all, but HubSpot comes close. 2) Salesforce rested on its early 00s reputation and is playing catch up on UX and product offering. 3) the success of any CRM and marketing tech stack rests on proper integration and well managed data processes. If this isn’t done properly it doesn’t matter which system you use, it won’t succeed in your business. 4) Salesforce is expensive to maintain and update 5) HubSpot is really user friendly and doesn’t require large agency retainers to keep it up to date. The reality is that HubSpot has better UX, cleaner integrations, more streamlined products and bettter reporting and data outputs… the marketing intelligence is absolutely insane. #hubspot #salesforce #marketingdata #marketingtechnology #crm #dataprocessing
