Advise on regulatory compliance arising from permitting, zoning, land use, and historic districts matters. ? Identify prospective commercial and residential real estate development projects. ? Recommend relevant tax credits and financing opportunities. ? Draft legislative-based economic incentives for real estate and business development. ? Execute feasibility studies to determine the best use of resources and corresponding entitlement requirements. ? Strategic planning to anticipate potential difficulties and delays. ? Represent clients in zoning requests and public hearings before boards and commissions. ? Lead project manager on zoning requests and development ventures. ? Project-based tax incentives and income tax credit programs including: Historic Tax Credits (State & Federal) and Restoration Tax Abatement (local property tax abatement) ? Economic Incentive Programs including: Fa?ade Improvement Grant; Fresh Food Initiative, PILOT Program, and Enterprise Zone Webre Consulting is happy to work with you to create and package new legislative-based economic incentive programs to promote to city and state leadership.

Construction is planned to begin on mixed-income, multi-family apartments next summer. ?? Contract negotiations are progressing with the broadband service provider.
