Introducing our client projects for this year! As part of our mission to create websites for local organizations and underserved communities, we’ve created teams of UW students to work on these projects for the remainder of the year. Save Our Salmon Mural Initiative: Founded by Austin Pinich, their mission is to brighten and engage the community in Community Paint Days as well as bring awareness towards restoring PNW streams. Seattle Community Fridge: Reid Branson leads their mission towards providing food access to those who are food insecure or secure in the community (as well as feminine products). Cafetal Quilombo Cafe: In line with their name, Quilombo, wants to provide a safe, welcoming space for those in the community to sit down, enjoy a nice meal & warm coffee. Bugis: This restaurant in the U-district aims to provide the best Korean-fusion meals to students. Poke Bay: They bring affordable Poke & Sushi Meals to students in the U-district. Rainy Dawg Radio: As a UW RSO, they introduce new and local music to students, give them a place to show off their interests to peers, and help local musicians gain attention. MESH: This UW RSO is a collective of fashion designers & enthusiasts based at UW that gives creative and fashion-interested people a way to showcase their talents. Viable Veganism: They advocate for increased veganism on campus and seek to educate others about veganism and how to make it viable. Net Impact: As a sustainable business club, they aim to inspire environmental action and increase awareness through education, activism, and career development. We are thrilled to be working on these exciting projects and enhance our team members’ design and technical skills along the way. Together, let's create websites filled with meaningful collaborations and impactful designs!
