Our senior living community, The Residence at Carlisle located in Carlisle, PA is well underway with construction. This 88-unit Personal Care and Memory Care community will be opening this Fall. In his role, Chris will lead efforts in equity and debt capital raising as well as assisting in development activities.? Chris is a seasoned financial professional with expertise in managing commercial (middle market) client relationships, negotiating complex credit transactions, and assessing risk over his nearly 18-year career with M&T Bank.?After earning his degree from The Pennsylvania State University, Chris joined M&T, quickly rising through the ranks to Senior Vice President due to his analytical skills, dedication to client service and business acumen.?
