Employee Spotlight: Brenna Tregellas ?????? This month, we are thrilled to shine the spotlight on an exceptional member of our Weathershield family, Brenna Tregellas! Brenna is a powerhouse of talent, dedication, and positivity who plays a vital role in our business development initiatives and much more. As our President aptly puts it, “Brenna wears a lot of hats at Weathershield. Her main focus is Business Development, where she has been a key part of helping us grow our commercial and disaster restoration rooting divisions. She also contributes to everything marketing, party planning, community sponsorships, and advertising. Brenna is the mother hen of the office, always ready to lend a hand and keep the team united. With her infectious smile and unwavering determination, there is never a dull moment when she’s in the office. We are very lucky to have her represent our company and look forward to what she will accomplish in the future.” Outside of work, Brenna is just as impressive. Her husband shares, “She is an amazing wife and mother of four great kids who keeps it all together with her Rain Man skills of remembering everything! One of the best softball and t-ball coaches in Aledo, she brings her passion for sports into her family life.” In addition to her coaching accolades, Brenna is also a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Purple Belt and achieved an impressive 3rd place finish in her division at the BJJ World Championship in 2009. A former scholarship athlete, she had the opportunity to play softball at Texas A&M as a catcher and still boasts a cannon for an arm! We are incredibly proud to have Brenna on our team, and we can’t wait to see all the amazing things she will continue to accomplish at Weathershield and beyond. Thank you for your hard work, Brenna! You truly are an inspiration to us all.
