Kimberly Evans – Just Her Rideshare Kimberly is tackling safety in the rideshare industry head-on. As the Founder & CEO of Just Her Rideshare, she's providing women-centric transportation solutions that prioritize safety, comfort, and economic empowerment for female drivers and riders. With plans to expand beyond Charlotte, NC, she's making ridesharing safer and more inclusive for women nationwide. ? Orleatha Smith – Sip Herbals After struggling with autoimmune-related health issues triggered by coffee, Orleatha transformed her health journey into a thriving business. She co-founded Sip Herbals, a caffeine-free coffee alternative that provides a delicious, gut-friendly morning ritual for people who can't tolerate coffee.
