Introducing Will Melton, our Director of #CTAP Midstream. Will’s day-to-day is all about managing processes and people to ensure top-notch pricing and service for our customers. Despite challenges like tough economic times or Houston's stormy weather shaking the office, Will focuses on the rewarding moments. His fondest memories center around his team, notably helping to create the sales force that secured our largest Midstream order to date—a monumental $30 million achievement! Few may know that Will's roots in oil and gas run deep, inherited from his family's industry background. Will has the energy sector ingrained in his blood. His first job out of college? Owning his own non-destructive testing company. After 3 successful years, he ventured into the midstream sector, expanding operations across South Texas and selling PVF into the Eagle Ford Shale. However, the pinnacle of his illustrious 18-year career? Joining Sooner Inc. and establishing the Midstream group. Outside of work, Will is all about hunting, fishing, and spending time with his two sons. He loves coaching them in baseball, a sport he played in college. Will's philosophy for success is simple: always work hard, especially when no one is watching, and never expect anything to be given to you.
