The journey to turn an NFL Stadium into a Banana Ball Field. So much work went down behind the scenes to make this happen. The attention to detail and the execution was second to none. We couldn't have done it without Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Tampa Bay Sports Commission, Quality Turf, Netting Professionals and Dexter Altman. Looking back it's easy to see that everything starts with a vision. But dreams die without execution. Doers make the magic happen. It's the leaders who surround themselves with doers with a bias towards action who accomplish the most. People who find a way to get things done. People who make adjustments and not excuses. And people who embrace constraints because they foster and create new opportunities. We had that in Tampa and now prepare for an even bigger challenge at Clemson with smaller dimensions and 80,000+ fans.
