The Dove Self-Esteem Project research reveals that 45% of girls drop out of sports due to low body confidence. Dove returned to the Big Game with a new campaign to raise awareness of the impact negative body talk can have on girls in sports and the fact that 1 in 2 girls who quit sports are criticized for their body type. This is why DRAFTED is so proud to have partnered with Dove on the critical mission to #KeepHerConfident by leading a powerful series highlighting the stories of young Latina girls who are reclaiming and redefining cultural nicknames, turning labels into symbols of strength and pride.
