Mission: + Create unique designs that will make clients go “Damn I haven’t seen that before” + Craft cohesive campaigns that resonate with target audiences + Bring a unique voice and outlook to the table + Sell your ideas without breaking a sweat You'll need: + A portfolio that shows your chops + 5+ years of design experience - ideally in agency settings, though we will be flexible for the right candidate + Meet deadlines without excuses + Handle criticism and iterate quickly + Know Adobe suite like the back of your hand + Balance multiple projects at once A fine eye for detail that borders on obsession (some haters may say) Bonus cred for: + UI/UX skills? + Animation skills + Illustration abilities Show us work that'll make our jaws hit the floor and our competitors cry into their ergonomic keyboards.
