?? Startup highlight from our Manchester AI accelerator! Decently’s journey through the AI accelerator we delivered in partnership with Turing Innovation Catalyst Manchester has been transformative for the company. Here’s a snapshot of what they have achieved: - Secured new hospitals across private, NHS, and charity sectors, reaching £100k ARR for the first time - Launched Melo AI, an AI-powered layer within their SaaS platform to help clinicians generate patient-level summaries - Won £500k in grant funding from NIHR, Innovate UK, and STFC to accelerate product development - Named a finalist for the 2024 BioNow Product of the Year and listed as one of Manchester’s Tech Climbers - Expanded their team, hiring their first non-technical role to support scaling and customer implementation. Here's what co-founder James Chapman has to say: "TIC Manchester has been a brilliant experience for us as a HealthTech startup and for me personally as a founder. The programme’s expert-led content, combined with the incredible team behind it, has provided invaluable guidance over the last six months of our journey. "The connections, knowledge, and strategic advice we’ve gained through the programme have truly accelerated our growth, and I’d highly recommend it to any founder looking to push their innovation forward." This marks the end of the accelerator, but it’s just the beginning for the incredible founders we’ve had the privilege to support. We are so proud of what they have achieved and can’t wait to see them continue to grow, scale, and make an impact in the industry. Wishing the Decently team the very best for the future — this is only the start! #healthtech #medtech #manchester #innovation #ai #founders #startups

We are delighted to announce that we have recently secured a 12-month contract with the Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability for the use of our behavioural management platform, Melo?. From this week, Melo? will be rolled out across specific wards in the hospital to support some of their most at-need patients during their ongoing rehabilitation - specifically to help the clinical care teams in understanding the behavioural needs of each patient, so that the best possible care can be provided. James Burch, Co-founder of Decently, "We are proud to be working with such a prestigious institution as the Royal Hospital. Having visited the hospital on several occasions as part of our planning, it is exciting to now be at the implementation phase of the project and we look forward to supporting the clinical teams as we roll-out over the coming weeks". ?? ?? After several months of hard work?behind the scenes, the Melo project with NHS University Hospitals of Liverpool Group is off to a great start! ?? In the first two weeks since go-live we have seen almost 60 members of staff take to using Melo to complete behavioural assessments - reaching almost 300 on the first of our trial wards to get access at Aintree University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. We look forward to working with the ward teams and clinical staff over the coming months to gather feedback, improve Melo and begin to evaluate the impact on things like discharge planning and patient care. ?? One member of staff recently commented?"Staff are loving it, everyone's onboard - they are even training each other!". #digitalhealth #dementia #behaviour
