Exciting progress presented at #ASHG2024! Derek Wong unveiled advances in diagnosing pediatric brain tumors using CBTN's powerful data resources.
Derek Wong from Children's Hospital of Philadelphia presented at #ASHG2024, using the Children's Brain Tumor Network's brain tumor dataset available on the Gabriella Miller Kids First Data Resource Portal. This poster was recognized as a reviewer's choice abstract. Derek and the team utilized omic data from over 500 brain tumor samples to improve the diagnosis for pediatric brain tumors. Congratulations to Derek and the team!
