We believe a brand is the heart of an organization, so we focus our efforts on brand work that clearly embodies and holistically strengthens organizational health. As branding and communications creative partners and coaches, we collaborate with churches, nonprofits, and small businesses who are renewing every corner of the culture to enable them to do their best work, better.     I don't use AI. Here’s why: In a world where quantity is often prioritized over quality, we at Amenable are committed to modeling model for our clients a respect for the art of creativity. One of the ways we can do this is by never drawing from AI-generated design and content. At Amenable, we promise excellence and originality. Each team member was selected for their unique, God-given creative voice, and every project we take on is an extension of who we are as individuals. If we’re giving our best, it must be ours to give. We will only use original material—even if that means quality takes more time than efficiency. I’d love to hear your thoughts on this! What’s your take on AI?

    Content first—always. Whether we're talking innovation, branding, web development, or marketing, the biggest issue is not leading with content. If you've been around here long, you might know that I talk a lot about the value of good graphic design or thoughtful web development. It's not because I have personal beef with build-a-quick-logo sites or templated website builders—okay, maybe just a little—but because good brands are built on content. So before we “get the word out,” let’s stop and ask—what’s “the word” and why is it worth getting out?

    I believe in giving people opportunities before they think they’re ready. Here’s why: At my first design job, my boss had a little project for me—lead the environmental design for a multi-million dollar building project. I looked back at him, unsure: "So, just to be clear—you want me to lead this project...with zero experience?" He believed in me—even when I didn't believe in myself. It was a huge moment for me. Stepping into a job where someone had such confidence in my ability to create with excellence and precision—even without experience—was incredibly powerful. That experience profoundly shaped my approach toward my own team and how I want to lead. I want to be a boss who believes in people, who gives them opportunities before they feel ready, because I know they are.
