AlphaCore Wealth Advisory is acquiring Callan Capital, a?San Diego-based firm with $2.4 billion?in assets. Callan Capital was founded in 2007 by?Ryan Callan, Tim Callan and Trevor Callan, its Managing Partners. “Callan Capital will adopt the AlphaCore brand upon the close of the transaction,” Dick Pfister, CEO and Founder of AlphaCore, told WSR. CAIS Group launched CAIS Models Marketplace, which is designed to streamline access to alternative investment model portfolios. The new marketplace lets wealth management firms host and access multi-asset and multi-manager alts models, according to the firm.
