1?? year ago, we started We Choose Us Coaching because we experienced how the impacts of a broken workplace can permeate all aspects of daily life. We know the time and effort it takes to heal and overcome burnout, impostor phenomenon, and stolen confidence. These experiences are far too common for far too many and we wanted to offer a space where no one feels like they have to go it alone. ?? We’re immensely proud of the work we have done this past year for our clients and the conversations we have started around how to embrace the practice of choosing yourself. This year has also been a period of learning, reflecting, and gaining clarity on how we can evolve and focus on what we believe to be the core of our work. ?? Through this process, we designed a new cornerstone program called Reframe, Reset, Reclaim. This program offers transformational coaching for individuals, groups, and organizations for a more aligned and fulfilling work life and beyond.
