We need more JOY. Thanks to CultureCon for providing me the stage to talk about joy at work and how we might create the world's first energy restoring company. A place where the EVP is: "Come to work here and you will walk out healthier (mentally, physically, emotionally, financially, and spiritually)." ??We have innovative workplace platforms that can make work less work. ??We have wearable technology that can provide us instant feedback on our health. ??We have leaders and managers who want to great and teams that want to win. ??And, we have examples of countries (Finland/New Zealand), communities (Biggest Little Farm and Blue Zones), and people (Novak Djokavic) who have found a way create energy and longevity. We live in a world where opportunity is nearly infinite, but human energy is not. Human energy is the fuel for growth. It is the more scarce resource there is. We should treat it that way.
