Canvas 1200CX Launch Featured in ENR! At our recent launch event in San Francisco, we unveiled the 1200CX, our latest and most compact drywall machine. "We want to do for interior construction what the steam shovel did for digging and excavating," said founder & CEO Kevin Albert at the event. The 1200CX is built for efficiency, performing precise level 4 and 5 drywall finishes in a fraction of the typical steps. Darren Bechtel, an early investor in Canvas and founder of Brick & Mortar Ventures, added, "They focused on the dull, dirty, and dangerous work—perfect for a robot—allowing people to focus on more exciting, complex jobs."
