We’re excited to announce that WDS Construction, in collaboration with our affiliate company JCW Development LLC, has just kicked off the Prairie Hill Village project with a groundbreaking celebration in Baraboo, Wisconsin! This project marks the beginning of Phase 1, which will bring 10 beautifully crafted garden-style residential buildings and 120 new apartment units to the community. The development will also feature fantastic amenities, including pickleball courts, a walking path, a community garden, and a dedicated dog run & dog park. A heartfelt thank you to our partners who are helping to make this project a reality. We’re excited to watch Prairie Hill Village take shape and contribute to the continued growth of Baraboo. ?? Project Spotlight: Oakfield School District Renovation ??? We're thrilled to share the completion of our recent project for the Oakfield School District! Our Special Services Division, led by Nexus Solutions LLC, took on the challenge of remodeling key areas within the elementary school to enhance the learning environment and facilities for both students and staff. Our team was responsible for all general trades, transforming the existing administration office, 4K room, Special Education Room, and restrooms in the daycare/early childhood education area. The outcome? These spaces are now modern, functional, and designed to foster the growth and development of young learners. We're proud to contribute to such an important project that directly impacts the community.
