Congratulations to Colin Bender, who won a 2024 WC Smith Property Management Award. Colin treats our property the Frontenac as his home - because it is his home. With minimal help, he oversees all aspects of maintenance for the building, such as monitoring contractors, inspecting for issues and responding at once when snow and ice create hazardous conditions. Residents like and respect him, and his work has been described as "outstanding and consistent."??
