  • Today, on Women’s Equal Pay Day, we recognize the persistent gender pay gap and its impact on women—especially women of color. Women working full-time, year-round earn just 83 cents for every dollar earned by men, and for Latinas, that gap is even wider. Equal pay is not just a women’s issue—it’s an economic necessity. We stand with HACR - Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility and others advocating for policies that ensure fair wages for all.     March 25, 2025, is Women’s Equal Pay Day. This day marks how far into the year women must work to earn what men made in the previous year. On average, women working full-time year-round earn just 83 cents for every dollar earned by men, and that number drops to 75 cents when including part-time and seasonal workers. For Latinas and other women of color, the pay gap is even wider, which is why Latina Equal Pay Day typically falls much later in the year—a stark reminder of the barriers that persist. Pay equity is not just a women’s issue—it’s an economic imperative. Let’s continue pushing for policies and practices that close the gap.
