On Friday, we held a productive board retreat focused on deepening our understanding of child care operations to help develop our strategic plan. Led by Mary Janssen, Regional Director of Child Care Resource and Referral of Northeast Iowa, and Dan Levi of Levi Architecture, the session drew on their extensive experience. Together, they've supported over two dozen communities with child care consultation and design services. Both are passionate advocates for the role of child care in strengthening local and regional economies and have shared their expertise at local, state, and national levels. ? A big thank you to our board members for dedicating their time to join us, and to Mary and Dan for designing an impactful day. #ChildCareMatters #StrategicPlanning #CommunityImpact
