This September, we hosted our largest WayMaker Men's Summit yet, welcoming over 3,000 men to a transformative two-day event. The theme, "Competing Against Yourself for Growth," set the stage for a weekend of deep self-reflection, open conversations, and — most importantly, a strong sense of brotherhood. Our lineup of speakers featured leaders from diverse fields, including: health and wellness, entrepreneurship, entertainment, and more. From Devale Ellis highlighting the important role of the Black fathers, to Charles D. King spotlighting what it means to be a Black creative in the film industry — we covered all of the bases. Kyrie Irving also joined us on the last day of the summit, leaving our young men from the Teen Summit with memories they'll never forget—like snagging a pair of signed, unreleased shoes from Kyrie. That weekend wasn’t just about growth; it was about care. Attendees were able to enjoy activations like manicures, haircuts, and massages, giving them a much-needed opportunity to prioritize self-care. If you missed this year’s summit, or want to relive the experience, read our full recap article here: https://bit.ly/4fVI1VM For those who joined us at the 2024 summit, sound off in the comments and tell your fellow brothers why this will be the must-attend empowerment conference for Black men next year!
