Congratulations to Simon and Linda Field on opening their first Wayback restaurant in Orlando, FL! First, we tried the food and really enjoyed it -- the burgers are just so good and are excellent value for money.?Quality food that's inexpensive -- what's not to like! Then we researched the franchise, and liked that it was (a) established, (b) growing, (c) ambitious. We attended the Discovery Day and were impressed with the passion shown by the team, and by the analytics they used to support the business.
