?? Calling all environmentalists! This summer, we’re excited to partner with Seeds of Hope to bring you a seminar about environmental advocacy. Seeds of Hope is an environmental initiative creating native seed libraries. Founded by Jensen Coonradt and Aarin Bothra, Seeds of Hope gives students a chance to take and donate seeds to start their own gardens. Based in Illinois, the prairie state, we were concerned by the rapid loss of prairie plants. Determined to solve this problem, our seed libraries feature a variety of native plants, in an effort to restore the natural habitat of Illinois and foster individual environmental activism. ?? This summer, we’re excited to partner with the American Youth Association to bring you a seminar all about American legislature. The American Youth Association is a student led organization targeted at increasing civic engagement in politics through policy making, opinion writing, and events. Their accomplishments as an organization include introducing AB-2591 in the CA legislature, which mandates that all cities in California have a youth advisory board, and creating a large-scale conference where students learned from about the various jobs in the legal profession district attorneys, paralegals and lawyers.
