Waveland Property Group has been managing and leasing the First Trust Portfolios building in downtown Wheaton for the past 16 years. We are excited to be welcoming a new anchor restaurant which will be a great amenity to the 700 tenants as well as an excellent addition to the vibrant Wheaton restaurant scene. Our new tenant is Positano Ristorante that has its original location in Oakbrook terrace. 2024 has been one of the most productive in the company's 19 year history. We are very thankful for the support that came to us in many forms as we tackled a number of real estate challenges. Last week, through BOMA/Suburban Chicago, 25 members were given an excellent tour of Northwestern Medicine’s Oak Brook Outpatient Center. This state-of-the-art facility is more than just a beautiful space; it's an important bridge between downtown and the western suburbs, making high-quality care more accessible. We were inspired by the thoughtful design, advanced technology, and comprehensive range of services available here, all focused on enhancing patient care and experience.
