On Nov. 1, the UTC partnered with the Washington State Department of Veterans Affairs to place nearly 40 Suicide Prevention Emblems featuring the 988 Lifeline on our fleet vehicles. Each emblem serves as a reminder of our agency’s commitment to supporting veterans, military members, and all those affected by mental health challenges in our communities.?? As we honor Veterans & Military Family Appreciation Month, each 988 emblem purchased helps fund community grants for suicide prevention programs focused on veterans and their families. ??
