Get to know our 2025 Past Chair: Zach Elsbecker! Zach is the Executive Director at the Waukee YMCA where they believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential. Everything the Y does is in service of ensuring our community thrives, with a focus on healthy living, youth development and social responsibility. Zach's favorite Chamber is the annual golf outing. "Having the opportunity to meet and see so many of our local businesses out on the course is always fun. To be honest, I just really like golf too. Get to know our 2025 Governance Chair: Jacob L.! Jake is the Business Development point person and the Screen Print Guru at Jones Creek Apparel. He comes into work every day to inspire those that inspire others. He creates a space where anyone or any company can cultivate recognition and quality through custom creations. Jake can't pick just one event that is a favorite. He enjoys all of our events, whether it's a ribbon cutting celebrating a milestone in a business's journey, a Net@Nite that brings leaders and community members together, or a business round table that creates a safe space for businesses to collaborate and brainstorm the big picture questions affecting their business and employees alike. And he could have any super power, Jake would have the power to control time.
