What are your plans on the day after Thanksgiving? On 11/29, the day when most Americans are heading to the mall, Waterspirit is heading to the beach and we want you to join us. We begin 2 pm at Sandy Hook by exploring the maritime forest. We share a few mindfulness practices and learn more about this unique habitat. At the end of the walk, we exit the forest onto the sandy beach. We will enjoy a small water ceremony before returning to the parking area.
