In a year of constant challenges, including changing refrigerant technologies and the overall tough market dynamics of his territory, Austin rose above it all. In addition to providing continual customer engagement, whether on the road or at events like AHR, Austin enrolled or re-enrolled 21 dealers into the WaterFurnace team in 2024.
